I've never made promises or resolutions for New year's but this year I will. This year is going to be my year. I'm going to focus on me I'm going to be better in little ways. I'm going to try my damn best. It might be hard but I'm doing it. Less time on social media more time outside. More veggies less chips. More water. More sleep. Small ish goals but damn if I'm not going to be proud of myself. And you should try too. Just something small, even only one goal is good.
