“Im fine, Im fine” His words were gentle but the dismissing wave of a single hand spoke more finitely. It still hurt, but even so, Junmyeon stubbornly scooted himself off the emergency room examining table. The truth was, the reason he had come rushing to the hospital at such an ungodly hour, 4 am to be exact, was because he had made a grave mistake. As of late with such hectic schedules, his room had become even more dirtier than usual. Actually, it was more a volcanic explosion of his things rather than an actual mess. Piles of dirty clothes, stacks of books, clumps of used napkins as well as rolls of even clean socks all littered his dorm room floor. Coupled with a mid-sleep bathroom break, there were no letters that could spell disaster better than mess. So he had tripped onto the floor and hit his nose. Really hard. So hard it bled. Then on the way to the restroom to plug the ordeal and take an aspirin from the resulting headache, he had banged his foot on the stack of books, slipped again on the roll of socks, and gotten tangled in a bloody mess in his pile of dirty clothes. Every inch of his overworked body ached. If it hadnt been for the dog-like ears of his manager, he might have not made it, he was sure. “Thank you for healing me nurse. I am very grateful. Now, can you repeat what you said again about managing stress?”
She stood by, peering at him with concern as he tried to move off of the table. During her internship she had met many stubborn patients who refused to listen to instructions- and from her experience those decision only had two possible results. One, they managed themselves perfectly fine and don’t face more consequences, or two...they face much worse injuries or pain, extending their period of recovery. At first she tried not to argue with those patients, however after seeing how bad the results could be, she couldn’t help but worry each time. The brunette couldn’t judge which one of those he would be, he seemed to be in the grey area. Jisoo made sure he was fine before shaking her head as she looked over the clipboard again. “Don’t pile everything up.” She paused to glance at him. “I mean the stress not your clothes...I’m sure it’s a busy time for you right now but you need to know when you have take a break. In those moments, please do something you find relaxing or satisfying to alleviate the stress, because right now you are significantly lacking sleep and you are not in a good shape.” Jisoo placed down the clipboard and sighed lightly. “You can not work to the best of you abilities if you keep this up. You need a rest Junmyeon-ssi.”
