I have solid palettes and brushes and I’ve been shown in person/also watched tutorials. I think it might just be something wrong with my brain? o_O Plus, I wore it every single day for my last job.

My house is also like over a hundred years old and not haunted, the only place I've ever lived in that I feel like was haunted was this pretty new flat I lived in where I'd always feel like someone was standing in the bathroom, and I'd see this dark shadow in the mirror if I looked at it out the corner of my eye

I find this really interesting, I have habitual night terrors and my sister is extremely superstitious! She thinks it's proof of ghosts and I'm like girl I'm traumatized lol... but that made me wonder how much of ghost stories are tied to mental illness/sleep disorders? Interesting stuff all around
Ahh I’m sorry you have to deal with that tho! I would be traumatized too jeez hahaha I don’t typically remember my nightmares :’D. I think that it would be interesting to study that as well though; along with alien encounter type stuff because a lot of those are also described in a way that sounds like sleep paralysis or some kind of mental illness so sometimes I feel bad for the people that are bein taken advantage by the show when they really just need psychiatric help :(.
