Usually when you're browsing fonts, they'll generate in a current news headline so that you can see the font in action. But is doesn't look so good when every headline is a negative one? Just a few: "'Star Trek' actors death prompts-" "Sexist manager fired" "How to stop a future terrorist when-"
Fun Fonts!
I'm somewhat obsessed with type: The way the strong stalk of an "h" can turn into a curly cursive with one click. Rapture! Here are two I'm currently loving:
Handwritten
Bold
Modern

Free font: Sybil Green | How About Orange
I found this font via How About Orange - have to say it is a super cute font. I've seen this one on Helen Dardick's website (which I love!) which she uses on top of her pics. I'm downloading it now!
TTF font testing on mac & pc (the devil!)
All looking well. There is a full English character set at the moment need to tweak the kerning a little and add basic EU characters. There will be 3 weights: thin, reg & bold. I may add italic but this will depend on the set looking right on a slant and/or if I an be arsed.
And the name? QUICKDEATH. i think it fits the scrawly look of the typeface well.
Any takers on testing quickdeath_demo.ttf give me a shout on twitter @wearecolt
