Happy 26th Birthday to me!

A year makes the biggest difference.

On my birthday today, I have my life partner by my side. He is the greatest thing to happen to me and has shown me what love, honesty and respect in a relationship is all about. Our love is based on just showing our love for each other every single day. No material possessions could replace the memories we have made and the connection we share.

Thanks God for making my 25th year of life so great. I can’t wait to see what being 26 is like. I know there will be some big changes and lots of growing up to do but I have Erick by my side, so I’ll be ok.

Eggplants and salmon

Tonight we went back to Va Bene. It’s this little restaurant in a gasoline station. It’s very unassuming, but oh-my-god, the food is to die for. I don’t know who the chef is ( I’d have to do some research) but a thousand hats of to you (whoever you are). Oh and btw, they serve the best minestrone in town.
