So I was heading out of a restaurant and I saw an old man fall over so I ran over to help him up. There was a crowd of people just standing watch this happen and I'm the only one that helped! He thanked me and I tried to explain it was natural to want to help him. I want to encourage all my friends to help whenever you can! You don't have to have a doctorate or spandex to be a hero to someone.
