My goal this year is to take pictures every 45 days to visually record how my body changes - that way it's more than just a scale & I can see past my measurements & numbers. I should've taken these 2 weeks ago. I struggled with taking these this time but I'm glad I finally did. I didn't think I'd see a positive change in my body when I looked at these. I haven't worked out since I left the studio mid May & started the railroad. I've been indulging in milkshakes & sweets & energy drinks. I'm not proud of any of that. I've actually gained 5 or 6 lbs between these pictures also, so I've stopped weighing myself every day. I don't know my measurements or the changes between pictures. Visually tho, I can see changes in my back & I'm happy with that. 😁💕💪💁♀️ next set in 30 days since I delayed on these. . Comparing this set to January. Reminding myself I've come a long way in this year alone. Excited to see where I end up in December - not that I'll be at the end of my journey but I'm excited to see my 2018 journey. . #transformation #thursday #selfcare #stayingpositive #selflove #stillimproving #mylifeinmotion #mylifeislit #GettinBunsHun #slowandsteady
