After 2 weeks of training and eating 6 meals a day. Progress photos are so important to help with identifying what exercises are effecting what areas of your body, how you're responding to the food you're eating and motivating you to continue on your journey. When we have no way of making objective observations we start allowing ourselves to fall into a pit of self doubt. These things take time so trust the process and keep going. Little by little things will happen until one day you wake up and realize OMG
