“In dealing with those who are undergoing great suffering, if you feel “burnout” setting in, if you feel demoralized and exhausted, it is best, for the sake of everyone, to withdraw and restore yourself. The point is to have a long-term perspective.” — Dalai Lama XIV. I said this to Jim yesterday although not nearly as elegantly. Every now and then during this time of Covid, and all of its fears, I’ll hit a place where I’m angry, frustrated and just generally unhappy with the state of the world and how others are behaving all around me. That’s when I know that it’s nobodys fault but mine. So I’ve declared this week a time to just go deep into “ Bethworld” , wherever it leads me. My own peculiar personality has had me taking on responsibility for everyone else’s safety without looking at my own emotional needs. It’s a recipe for burnout for sure because in doing so so don’t have to be responsible for myself. In order to find my balance , giving up control and letting all of the chips fall wherever they will seems completely necessary at this time. Cultivating trust. Expressing gratitude. Exploring an attitude of restoration. Allowing myself to retreat and ask for what I need without fear or expectation. Disappearing the outer 3D world for a bit while I just spend as much time as I need in the unified field weaving my brand of magic. If you care to join me, I’ll see you in the void😘#quantumphysics @drjoedispenza #mymagicallife #magicallife #drjoedispenza #meditation #gratitude #restoration #balance #wellness #selfcare (at The Herban Inn) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDcAv53pBMX/?igshid=1l34e9sq90ysn
