blooming tea: favorite flower?
“Hellebore.” with their geometric little petals, and tough, survivalist nature, the Queen oft found them growing in patches between the larger forest trees that bordered the palace garden. The cusp of autumn and winter would find her reading among them, carefree of the petals and spores that broke off into her hair, knowing full well their excessive seed would only produce more within the week. Swiftly sprouting, like a rug of lilac, cream and royal purple over the summer verdure’s rotting debris.
