I say it all the time #representationmatters and when I was reminded that one of my friend DeShanna and her daughter Trinity AKA @trinitysmamabear ,had a children's book that was came out today I ran right out to Barnes & Noble to pick up a copy for thr kiddos. As soon as I got home Zahara and Zira saw the beautiful cover by @art_twink and requested I read to them immediately. My girls loved the story of Trinity getting her own rainbow. They also really enjoyed the illustrations and thought Peter Porker was adorable. We had a nice conversation about how kids can be different and how that makes everyone special.
