King Aegon III and Lady Myrielle Peake, three days before the Maiden's Day Ball I see a lot of (deserved) Unwin Peake hate but not enough love for Lady Turnips. She's my daughter i'm adopting her

The Maekar being a girl dad for Daella and Rhae headcanon makes more sense than the Aegon II being a girl dad to Jaehaera headcanon. Aegon II couldn't wait to push Jaehaera to the side so he could make male heirs with his new fiancee Cassandra Baratheon. Even Unwin Peake was more of a girl dad to his daughter Myrielle than Aegon II ever was to his own daughter.

Everyone is happy AU pt?

I've had this idea rattling around in my head for a while now that in my all is well au for the dance era Jaehaera's ladies in waiting would be some of the named maidens who attended the Maiden's day ball and since I desperately need to practice drawing more then two people in an image this was created.

Jaehaera’s ending is absolutely perfect because she’s basically murdered by Otto. Unwin Peake and Otto undoubtedly share parallels, both are from the Reach, both served as Hand of the King, both were ambitious enough to get closer to the throne which didn’t go unnoticed by anyone. Unwin represents Otto’s narrative punishment.

Otto brought his daughter to court and after she married King Viserys I, he was “anxious to see their blood set over Aemma’s” (former queen consort). Unwin Peake, Hand of the King to Aegon III, tried to marry his daughter to him for the same reason: to replace former queen consort Jaehaera with his daughter, Myrielle.

The irony here is that Unwin is a former Green supporter but when the war was over, he saw the opportunity to replace Otto’s blood on the throne with his own, murdering Otto’s great-granddaughter and the last surviving child of Aegon II. With Jaehaera gone, their line died at the hand of another power hungry Green.
