lol this is the second time this year that a doctor's appointment that I was really anxious about got cancelled on the same day
I mean, it sucks a little because now I'll be anxious about it again in January - but hopefully things will have calmed down a little by then and I'll be able to handle it better again (those few months after starting the anxiety meds and before we decided to move were wonderful 😔 I hope it'll go back to that once all that is done and I feel more secure again)
(the lady who called me was the one that I knew from my previous doctor's office, and she said she made sure to give me an appointment with the same doctor as last time - I had said to her that he was really nice last time, so that's awesome 😁)
#don't get me wrong - it's still WAY better than it was before the meds!#I would have driven to the appointment on my own today. that's a huge step for me because it's in another town that I've never driven to#myself so#it would have been hard but I was fine with trying#(actually I might just drive there at some point when I don't have an appointment 🤔 I don't feel anxious driving anymore. it just would#have been the added stress of having to be there at a specific time)#(and that way I'll probably feel better about it then)#it's a very beautiful town and I love being there so that's probably a good idea haha#personal#anxiety stuff#anxiety meds my beloved
