#positiveliving in #Malaysia takes time off to continue #mysimplecooking journey, as I remembered during my days in Singapore used to cook regularly during my non working days - nothing too elaborated and easy to prepare ingredients easily found @ our local market to be stored in our home sweet home supermarket such as Aeon Anggun Mall. It’s much cheaper and we can control the amount of simple ingredients with ying and yang philosophy. #positiveliving in #Malaysia is back @ #mysimplecooking @ home after we've been dining out for the past week, and spent bundle on outside food, which doesn't normally come cheap. This is also due to my laziness to cook up some simple dishes with what ever raw ingredients we've @ home. It's also challenging to keep vegetables fresh past 3 days of which they'll look dull hardly good for cooking. As such we decided on 3 days fresh food cooking and the other 3 days just try cook something up from perserved ingredients including meat, and then eat out on weekend or lazy to do home cooking days.
