Sickness/Cold/Hell Shenanigans

How do you deal with people who are insistent that their allergies are sinus infections, when you’re the one with chronic sinusitis and you know the @#$%#$ symptoms? And they tell you oh yeah, i was sneezing a lot because...you know...my sinuses. Even if I did buy that with a grain of salt, when i asked about the tell tale God-awful pain in the face & congestion all I get is a ‘No no I never have any of those. I sneeze, so it’s my sinuses.’ 

Even face-palming right now is bloody painful. Some ppl should just can it....smh
