那天練Mysore的時候 老師花了一番功夫終於在Marichyasana中把我的骨盆調正 等他起身走遠後 我停在動作當下 想 想我到底是哪一邊要往後收、大腿要怎麼用力、胸又要怎麼扭轉... 看我沒有馬上Vinyasa 接下個動作 老師轉身問我：怎麼了？ 我說：沒事 我只是在以後想要怎麼做這個姿勢 聽了之後他回答： 「不要用想的 去做 。」 那天的練習同樣的充實美好 但我又從墊子上帶走了一片智慧： Learn by doing, feeling, and experiencing, power from these are far beyond thinking, judging, and suspecting. (從實踐、感受和體驗中學習，這些行動所帶來的力量，遠比空想、憑斷和懷疑來的強大） 聽了之後覺得很有理 寫下之後覺得很感動 那下一步呢？ 去做吧，Take action!!
