The moment I saw the #MySpiritBlossomSona tag on twitter I went on drawing my OC in Spirit Blossom version (before even showing her base design lol). This was so much fun to draw and I am very happy with the outcome.
Spirit Blossom Valkariel for #MySpiritBlossomsona hosted by wandakunpls 🌸 I’ve had this outfit sketched from a out a year ago, but never formally digitized it. It was intended for a more traditional color scheme of red/white/black/gold, but I used the festival’s pastel palette for this instead. Honestly, a higher contrast palette than what I picked here would maybe look cleaner.
I forgot to flip the piece before signing it so the robe fold over is wrong >~< ack.

Fiiinally I was able to finish this one and I'm in love with it! Took me a while, but I don't care, I have a cool PC background now xD I really enjoyed drawing this one, I loved the colors and I'm so glad the water turned out this way. It looks so clear and beautiful. Although in the end the background was frustrating with the weeping willows, and I even I tried to use some tricks, but I'm not good at it - yet! My favorite part was the night lighting part, I found it relaxing, but I always enjoy the time while I'm working on some night scenery. Anyways, this is my fully finished Spirit Blossom Lash! See you tomorrow with a different drawing!
