The crowds made everything a bit too overstimulating. Despite the very real desire, the woman was teasing her partner, taking her hand and squeezing it for reassurance. "Has anyone told you you look pretty tonight?" It wasn't like she didn't let the vampire know a dozen times before they left the house, in one way or another.
