Saja Boys pet HC's
So, I've been thinking. Jinu has a pet tiger spirit and a six-eyed magpie, right? Soooo, I thought of the other boys having their own pets too. Lions!
It's on brand. They literally have a lion's head as a logo and call their fanbase a "pride". Come on now.
Cool idea.
Let's start with Romance's baby,
Name: Princess Peach!
Nicknames: Little lady, sweetheart, baby Peach, Peaches, and lovebug.

She's as spoiled as any supernatural lion cub can be. Her fur is naturally curled, but Romance does sometimes use oils/shampoo and whatnot to keep it coily and shiny.
Mean girl in lion form. She will bully you into cuddles; she dgaf what you got going on- CUDDLES. She will scream and yell like a husky if you don't. Will take food from her siblings if one of her dads isn't watching. Hell, she'll even attempt it with them around.
She does not care for her older brother's teachings; she will knock something down for the fun of it.
This girl does NOT like Mira in the slightest. She sees Mira taking her papa away. She'll go so far as to hiss at Romance if she smells her on him. Does she pick up Mira's scent in the penthouse? Peach will attempt to destroy everything in it.
Also, she just doesn't like that cloying perfume she always wears. It's annoying.

Nicknames: lunkhead, dummy, big boy, dumbass, dumbbell.

This dumb mf will chew on anything that looks chewable. He and Derpy might as well be twins, with how there's just empty space in that brain of his. Super friendly, though; loves cuddles; bullied by Peach a lot, lol.
He's just a big, silly boy. He does not knock over stuff, thanks to Derpy. Loves laying on people. Especially Mira, since she's usually outwardly "opposed" to it.
Kind of in a "Please let me sit here, don't be angry, I'm nice, see?" sort of thing. A big sweetheart.

She's not shy like her papa, very social, actually. But she makes it clear when she doesn't want to be bothered by hiding. She doesn't care whose over. If she's up for guests, she'll pounce right over. If not? Good luck finding her.
The only person she'll even remotely come out for is Zoey. As much as Mystery finds it adorable but also a little teensy-weensy bit hurtful.
She's very playful with guests and anyone in her vicinity when she's up for play. She'll softly bite at ankles, hands, anything she can get her maw on.
Now on to Baby's...angel

Last Name: Cracker
Nicknames: Lil shit, mini blue, big blue, stop biting me, get that out of your mouth, sit the fuck down, SIT!

Good lord, he's his father's child, alright. Doesn't listen to a damn thing unless there is bribery involved or it's your Baby. He is social, even at another person's expense.
You look like you don't want to be touched? He's coming over to you just to annoy you (sorry, Mira), not to make you see that he's friendly. Perhaps the biggest of his lion siblings. The irony, I know.
One would expect Peach's prissy butt to be picky, but nooo, it's Firecracker. So there are only a select few things you can bribe him with. If he doesn't want it at that particular moment, there's nothing you can do. Hell, he might actually want it, but if you're giving it to him just to get him to stop doing something, he'll refuse. Just as much as he's chaotic, he's also intelligent- just like his father 🙄
Bites everything. You, the counter, the couch, shoes, socks, toys, cardboard, gaming controller, remote, phone, EVERYTHING. Unlike Rockhead, he won't listen when told to STOP the first time.
He and Peach do NOT get along very well. Seeing them be cuddly with each other is a rarity. They don't fight a lot, but it's clear there's some distance. And when they do fight, it's about something dumb. A toy, cuddle space with an owner, just being too close in each other's presence, etc.

Their fathers made it so their claws can't hurt them or anybody their fathers deem important with magic. That goes for the furniture and just about anything at this point. They can now only destroy toys.
Seeing as they were created from their appa's essence, they are quite literally their appa's children. Hence why they are the color of their appa's hair.
Yes, Romance gets Peaches custom-tailored dresses.
OK so some monsters have tusks and the one I did have in mind for Mystery doesn't so here is a poll on the ones that do have tusks according to Monster Hunter game lore and the one I thought would fit Mystery he just gets tusks anyway due to be a demon!monster.

Barioth: I swear Mystery is like a combo of a cat and a dog. He may bark and growl but some cats can also do that. So Mystery as a flying ice breathing cat that can bark and growl need I say more? He would so box another Saja Boy then dash off in a game of tag.
Diablos: The fact that the name of this monster is similar to the Spanish word for Devil would fit since Mystery is a demon. Mystery would enjoy burrowing into the ground and ambush threats. He would be able to fly because Mystery is a mystery.
Nerscylla: Creepy spider that can spin webs and that ambushes prey? I can also see Mystery using the silk he can make to be used for clothing, blankets, pillows, bandages and other things the pride might need.
Lunagaron: We're all thinking of this one because of Mystery barking and growling in that one scene. But I also thought this one because when Mystery joins up with the Saja Boys he gets that sense of family and he will want to protect it. He of course will still have his tusks but on his lower jaw in case this one wins instead of a monster with tusks.

Lunagaron: We're all think this one because of Mystery barking and growling in that one scene. But I also thought this one because when Mystery joins up with the Saja Boys he gets that sense of family and he will want to protect it. He of course will still have his tusks but on his lower jaw.
Nargacuga: a mysterious creature that can turn invisible with knife like blades on the arms and tail spikes that can be flung, need I say more? Mystery as one of these would make the perfect ambush hunter and protector of the Saja Pride. He will still have his tusks on his lower jaw.
Odogaron/Ebony Odogaron: I will not lie but I think this guy is a dog or dog like beast that looks a bit weird but is pretty cool kinda like Mystery. I can so see him flanking trespassers with swift movements before viciously biting at them, in addition to swiping at them with serrated claws to protect his family and their territory/ Same as the normal odogaron but with a breath attack and darker claw palette. And it already looks like he kinda has tusks on the lower jaw with both Odogaron types.
