It's #travelthrowback Thursday! I wish i was somewhere with friends and family laughing it up.. Thinking about Jamaica. Another birthday getaway and we had so much fun zip-lining, dunns river,, exploring, mystic mountain,, and meeting new people. Eigentlich wollten wir etwas entspannen, nachdem die Bobfahrt hinter uns lag. Doch unser Aida Ausflug war streng getaktet und uns wurde nahe gelegt jetzt zu den Ziplines zu gehen um die Gruppe nicht zu verlieren. Ich persönlich wollte das mit den Ziplines eigentlich aus lassen, da ich ziemlich starke Höhenangst habe und den Stahlseilen in der Karibik nicht vertraut habe. Doch der Guide und mein Freund überzeugten mich letztendlich dazu mit Stahlseilen durch den Dschungel zu fliegen. Und es ist Gott sei dank alles gut gegangen. Nach der 3 Zipline hatte ich auch kaum noch Angst. Es hat mit der Zeit immer mehr Spaß gemacht und ich konnte meine Höhenangst überwinden. However, our Aida outing was strictly timed and we were advised to go to the Ziplines now to avoid losing the group. Personally, I really wanted to leave that out with the Ziplines, as I'm quite afraid of heights and did not trust the steel cables in the Caribbean. But the guide and my friend finally convinced me to fly with steel cables through the jungle. And thank God, everything went well. After the 3 Zipline I was hardly afraid anymore. It has always been more fun with the time and I was able to overcome my fear of heights. Auf dem Mystic Mountain angekommem, ging es für uns gleich bergab mit der tollen Bobbahn. Wenn man zu zweit fährt kann der wo vorne sitzt bremsen. 😄Mein Freund meinte das nicht zu tun. Frei nach dem Motto wer bremst, verliert war unsere Fahrt sehr schnell und wackelig 😅 Es hat trotz Achterbahn Feeling sehr viel Spaß gemacht. 😎So eine Bobfahrt durch den Dschungel hat eben etwas ganz besonderes an sich. 😍 Auf meinem Reiseblog und meinem Youtube Kanal findet Ihr die vollständigen Videos zu unserer Bobfahrt. 😅 Arrived on the Mystic Mountain, we went downhill with the great bobsleigh track. If you drive in pairs, the one where the front sits brakes. "My friend did not mean to do that.
