I want to loose weight, but at the same time, I want to wait until this summer to get started. Should I wait or start?
I know how you feel. Honestly don't wait, because waiting just sorta pulls this procrastination over you and once you're in this whole "ill just wait another week" and "ill just wait again like another week" it becomes a cycle and its SUPER hard to break. If you're serious about loosing weight, just jump right into it. It doesn't have to be a new week or a new season to start something new. Maybe it could be a goal for you that you want to drop 2 pounds before summer even begins and then you can start on harder goals for summer? Good luck! xx
