Teaching Tip Tuesday: When you work out, put on something that makes you feel good! This new line of zwear was super comfortable while working out and working!!! It makes a huge difference in your motivation to get your sweat on! When I put on clothes that make me feel good I am more determined to take my exercise program more seriously! And I'm more motivated to NOT give up! Set your outfit out the night before- then you don't need to worry about what to wear- just make sure you pick some thing that makes YOU feel good and confident!
