Motivate Me Monday: Make the moment count!!! First welcome to our newest Instructors to the Z Family! They rocked VA Beach and I have to give it to them: the energy was 💯!! Every day we are given new moments and we never know what they will look like, what we will experience. We just know they will come and that we WILL experience it when it comes! So knowing that these moments will come: may as well make it count right? I never thought I'd experience the moments that have come rushing into my life- yet I welcome them because they are destined for me. And what is for me is to be. I love this group from yesterday- they gave me the inspiration to write the inspiration for this am. They are a true example of making the moment count.
