Vaughn - He would wish for the accident to never had happened and that he had the wisdom to not go through with the experiment in the first place. It wasn't enough that he was able to make his own Astrabrand sword despite having no guidance from his family, he wanted to recreated THE original Astrabrand sword that was capable of cutting their indestructible horns not even considering the repercussions should he even succeed. If Vaughn could turn back time he would do it in a heartbeat.
Hawkes - Constructing an advance wing prosthetic. Hawkes' is not one to dwell in what's loss and try to see what he could do about it in the future. The prosthesis available does not help with prolonged and dynamic flight like he's used to and Hawkes is wiling to invest a lot of time and energy to create one.
Nabalu - Regaining his powers. He is willing to go through great lengths should there be hope he could return to his original self however he is not willing to sacrifice life or the entire solar system for it.
Spirit - He be a simple character. He just wants to be a really good archivist and to collect and record materials.
