TODAY’S FROZEN MOMENT - 75th Anniversary November 1st is the Day of the Dead… This photo was taken by Nacho Lopez on November 1st, 1950, in the cemetery on the Mexican island of Janitzio, which is most famous for their annual observance of the Day of the Dead… People come and have a feast, right there between the graves… some people even sleep there on All Hallows Eve (Halloween)… Day of the Dead is a big holiday in Mexico… Honoring the dead and remembering them is a wonderful observance…
