These nachos are the perfect snack for game day or any gathering. They are loaded with cheesy goodness and a variety of toppings that will satisfy your nacho cravings!
Ingredients: 1 bag of tortilla chips. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup diced red onions. 1/2 cup pickled jalapeo slices. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup guacamole. 1/4 cup salsa.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips onto a platter that can be baked in the oven. Over the chips, scatter half of the shredded cheddar cheese. On top of the cheese, scatter pickled jalapeo slices, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and diced red onions. Cover with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and top with another layer of tortilla chips. Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted, in a preheated oven. As the nachos bake, get your toppings ready. In separate bowls, combine guacamole and sour cream. After taking the nachos out of the oven, cover them with salsa. Evenly distribute chopped cilantro over the nachos. Serve right away with guacamole and sour cream on the side. Savor your deluxe nachos!
