Naeckte SHIPA - Mosaic IPA (Picked up at de Bierkoning in Amsterdam). A 3 of 4. A simple and good IPA that nicely features mosaic -- primarily tropical fruit and orange citrus in the nose and a lighter, clean body. Not incredibly bitter and slightly on the sweeter side of things, but has a nice, bright hop profile.
