Korean Food – Yangpyeong Okcheon Naengmyeon

I had never tried cold noodles in my life until I moved to Korea. Though I used to eat noodles and spaghetti, never in my imagination did I know there is something called cold noodles otherwise known as 냉면, pronounced ‘Naengmyeon’ in Korean. Yes, it is cooked buckwheat noodles in icy cold broth. You feel the ice cubes whilst eating it. (more…)
