The outfit is by migamoo (MTS), the mod for dressing infants and a bunch of clothing for them can be found here: http://moonlightdragon.freeforums.org/ (registration required), but I know others have included the mod with their clothing downloads too (try skellington or keoni), and the infant objects are originally from the store, but you can probably still find them on MATY, or failing that, they're included with an_nas' recolours of them on her LJ.

She’s so far removed from the heirship that a Capp would probably become head of the family before her. Or a Capp that married her. Which would not happen. Because she absolutely isn’t following in the ill-conceived footsteps of her thick-brained cousin and falling for a member of the Capp matriarchy. Hal’s just a friend. A very attractive friend who produces butterflies in her organs, but a friend nonetheless.

*I know it seems weird, but it works in my head as long as you remember that in these memes, everyone is consenting adults at this point.
