Ever since I discovered them, I’ve been crushing over all the fun and colourful designs @fillybiz ! I love that the designers consists of a mum & sisters collab and there’s just something about their prints & accessories that spark joy so I had to create a set inspired by the iconic Filly Biz House 🎨✨
I used a mix of products to get the look (which would be classified as Tier 3 Nail Art.) To get a nice colour pop I used @artisticnaildesign Colour Revolution Polish and outlined the faces & details with Molotow Pens (pigmented, water-based + water-and chemical-resistant art pens from @molotow.store @molotowheadquarters ) ! Texture was achieved using @artisticnaildesign Chrome Pens Ultra Violet/Pink Opal + a mix of @louellabelle Glitters & Reflective Glitters and … my latest obsession … a nail trend that was apparently huge 9 years ago (which I somehow missed ) …Velveteen Nails aka Nail Flocking Powder (mine are from stockist @becreativenails) for ultimate fuzzy jumper goodness ! It takes texture to another level! Clients note that this fuzzy nail effect will only last up to 3-4 days, but deffo fun for a special occasion! From what I gather Nail Flocking is a bit like Marmite in the nail industry - it provokes a strong reaction ! My sister and several friends “hate it” but I love it ! It really looks like a fuzzy material on the nail - so fun! 🧶💅🏼
