One of my favorite parts of "A Twisted Tale" it's how much it focuses on Nala's loneliness. On how she was outcasted after Simba's "death".

So here she is, one of those times in which she is missing her best friend, far away from the Pride.

The childhood friend of Simba, who grew up to be a fierce and headstrong lioness who takes her well-deserved place as queen of the pride. Nala is a good friend but also a risk-taker, loving to do new things and get into trouble. She's also a tough fighter, clever, and very brave, and when her pride was taken over by Scar and the hyenas, she was the one who eventually struck out to try and find Simba, or anyone else who could help them oust him. Once she becomes the queen, she becomes more levelheaded and wise, and tends to be the more understanding of the pair. But she's still as sassy as ever.

  These are Nala, Mheetu and Nadra! Instead of the usual “Mheetu is a bit younger than Nala and her only sibling” interpretation, I decided to make them the same age and make them littermates with an added sister!

  Nadra is a character that I made out of Nala’s production stuff and comics where she was off-model (with ear rings and stuff) and I really like how she came out! I hope you do as well!
