In the absence of hope, there is still hope out there. Hope is just waiting for you to reach out and feel it. Just because you feel hopeless at times, it is okay. That is a normal feeling that people can feel all the time. It just might be your intuition, softly knocking at your door, politely requesting a bit more means #healingthroughyoga to heal, and feel the hope that awaits in the other side of this individual present moment.
