Two field dressed rabbits dangle from the ends of a long piece of wood, which itself is balanced across Faye’s shoulders. She reaches for her dagger once more after hearing a crackle on a tree nearby her doorstep. Her mind thinks about what sort of wild creature could jump on her, its hunger seeing sating on her spoils of a hunt.

But her hand softens around the dagger’s handle as she sees a head of unkempt red hair swinging agilely from branch to branch. “Son, if you fall before dinner, I will ground you”, she feigns a thread to Atreus, proud smile on her lips. “Are you protecting our house?”, she asks him, as she proceeds to retrieve the rabbits from her stick.

         WHILE HE WAS NEVER the most perceptive one of their group,  he still knew when he was being followed.  It was that feeling that made the hair on the back of your neck stand up.  Except he didn’t have hair.  His footsteps fell short, listening for any sounds from behind him.  He wasn’t like the half elves,  even if this was an ambush Grog knew he could handle it,  no problem.  It was being followed that bothered him.   “  I ain’t got all day.  If you wanna play games,  come on out. ”

|| yooo, did you know that the actress of your child fc (who I love, raffey is so adorbs!) and the actor who synchronized and mocapped atreus played brother and sister in a movie? (the movie fucked me up, but they both were great in it.)

[i did not, but i want to start by saying i had no idea what BOY’S actor to look like but he is also adorbs. secondly, that movie has been on my to-watch list for a while and now i’m even more interested in it. fucks the audience up but is well-acted is my fav genre.]
