Here's what I had as the summary:
A tower half buried in the earth with her room at the very bottom, a single barred window at the very top. A mockery of a chance for sunlight. Her own mother had been the one to seal the chains around her neck, wrists, and ankles that bound her to her prison from the age of 5.
This is a setting but it doesn't tell me what happens, I'm assuming it's about her getting out somehow? I'll do some off that but it might not be what you're looking for because of that. Let me know if that's the case and (with some more info) I'll try it again.
