youngmin, come to find out, was within his element when he decided to take on the water park’s charity event. for some reason, definitely unrelated to the way he runs around the park like a little kid himself, he got along well with the children. he was able to keep up with them, doing whatever silly thing they requested from him without even a hint of shame. youngmin tried keeping himself in check, professionalism shouldn’t be completely discarded, but it was hard when the children looked up at him with puppy eyes before they splashed his face with water when he leaned down to ask what was wrong.

in short, youngmin was having a lot of fun.

he was splashing around with a little boy, this time around. the kid brought a beach ball, tossing it over to youngmin as he threw it back. he noticed the camera keeping watch, but neither of them seemed to mind. at one point, the ball eventually hit an unsuspecting person—a trainee, it seemed—on the leg. the boy immediately ran over to youngmin, seemingly afraid that he just made a mistake.

“oh hey, nana-ssi! mind tossing the ball back over to us?” youngmin asked. the child looked up at him again, as if trying to send him a message, which he received with ease. “care to join us? two versus one? you can be on the same team as this little boy over here.”

jaesun sometimes wonders if people enjoy the concept of his show, but then he tells himself that it doesn’t really matter. at the end of the day, his goal is to allow people to get to see more of the trainees in more casual settings ( while also getting time to actually learn some things about them ), similar to some of their vlives. for both the trainee and the company, it would be good to have this growing fanbase.

“what did you bring for me today? i mean, us? for us to enjoy?” he asks, looking at the food that’s being set up. that’s another perk of his show, getting to eat something delicious. “so i think you already know. i’ll introduce the show, hand it off to you to introduce yourself, and then we’ll go from there, sound good?” he asks as the staff tells them to get ready for the cameras to start.
