25: Oc that most resembles you?

I mean I know this is super cliche, but all my Ocs are just different parts of my personality. But like the obvious ones that come to mind that are essentially me as a whole are Mac and Devon. Mac and a lot of his internal problems and way of dealing with things are a lot like me, and his obsession with cryptozoology. Its just a more rough version of me. But I’d say Devon (or parts of Devon that were never gotten to in the comic) is me. I pretty much put all my flaws into him, he’s incredibly dependent, refuses to take responsibility, will just deal with shitty situations, and doesn’t express his feelings. So I’d say Devon is probably the most like me, but literally all of them are like me.

28: Your most dangerous OC?

My most dangerous Oc is still being fleshed out and stuff for Mac n Milo, but for the time being I’d say Whiskey Jack. (Oh wow another character that hasn’t been introduced) but anyways Jack is a trickster who doesn’t realize how far he can take things. He also has a huge ego problem, refuses to let shit go, and will stop at nothing to make people remember him. Give him magic powers and this guy is a fucking nightmare. BUT I guess the whole point of his character is to act as a scale, cuz when this other character gets introduced, the tone of the comic and everything changes dramatically and you really see where everyone falls on the chart of dangerousness. I dont want to give any more away but yeah, there are some dangerous people out there.

44: Something I like about my Ocs in general?

I guess with my OCS i like really incorporating my friends into them and my interests. The recent ones are all just really fun to write and draw because their personalities are very defined. Like that’s why I love doing Mac n Milo stuff because before I started this project I made sure the main players had their personalities set in stone. Sure some of them are kind of simple but it makes writing for them all the more easier and fun. Like I know how all these guys will react to specific situations and I know their limitations and the fun of that is being able to push their limitations and get some interesting stuff out of them. And thats just so exciting to me, and I think thats why Fine Spookables failed. I didn't have a specific concrete idea of who Devon was and what he was like. And you can see in the pages him just completely change as a character constantly because I didn’t know how to write him. And when I can’t write for the Main fucking character, it’s just gonna fail haha

honestly thanks tho I’m tryin to practice more. each time I post art it gets a li'l better. there is a BIG difference in quality between my first 2doc pic an my most recent one and I’m proud of myself
