#TimetoThink' by #NancyKline is probably my #favourite #book so far She uses a method of #incisivequestions which helps people get rid of obsolete #beliefs She has proven time and time again, that it's not the #IQ #intelligence of a person that makes them #clever When you give your #time and #attention to #listen to a person, they then feel comfortable enough to think naturally, and be the best they can be When we start #seeing and #listening to others with #prejudices, they feel it, and in return they will behave like you expect them to (they will #disappoint you) The book aptly suggests how we should stop interrupting when someone either: 1.
