Green Drank 🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🍈🍑🍒🍍🍅🍆 Having a hard time getting back on track..like..a really hard time. I don't understand why. Is it a time thing? Probably. A motivation thing? Probably. A tired thing? Probably!!! It's everything!! But ugh!!!! I want this..I want so bad to be healthy..to be where I was at the beginning of the summer straight up til I left for vacation- determined, motivated, on track and feeling great. That's the biggest thing..I felt fucking amazing and now I'm feeling like absolute crap. I think that's what I have to focus on- feeling good. Right now it doesn't matter about losing weight necessarily, I want to be back where I was full of energy, killing it in my workouts and not making any excuses. Today is going to be a cleanse day for me. When I say 'cleanse' I'm not necessarily looking to release toxins from my body or starve myself or anything, but I'm looking to reset my mindset and how I'm approaching food and exercise and wellness in general. At my office (wellness central) we sell these great meal replacement green drinks called Nanomeal.
