It's funny how so many health recommendations feel unrealistic because literally no one around you actually follows them. And then later you find out that yeah, you really should have been doing them.
Like, your teeth need proper hygiene—not just "scrub a brush with some toothpaste over them," but the right brush, the right toothpaste, the right technique, and mandatory flossing or interdental brushes, and no constant snacking, and all these other little tricks. Otherwise your teeth are screwed.
That a bad bite needs to be fixed, otherwise your teeth can wear down, break, and by a certain age your jaw joints will be totally fucked.
That bad posture needs to be corrected in childhood while it's still possible, because as an adult, corsets and massages won't do shit for something like scoliosis, and your back will just hurt. I have a very minor curvature, and walking slowly (like you do in a museum, for example) still makes my lower back so tired it's fucking killing me.
That you need to protect yourself from the sun and use sunscreen from a young age, especially if you have fair skin and live in a sunny place, otherwise premature aging and early wrinkles. And if you're unlucky, melanoma—and then you're done for.
That you need to take breaks during near-vision tasks. Not once every three hours, but every twenty minutes. And not just any breaks—you need to look into the distance (6+ meters) for at least 20 seconds. And don't stare at screens in the dark. Otherwise, hello myopia. And even if surgery can give you back your vision, nothing will fix the altered shape of your eye, and you'll be at lifelong risk for retinal tears and detachments—and then you're toast.
That you need to move every day, even if it's just light exercise. But ideally build some kind of muscle corset before you turn 30. Because later it gets harder to gain muscle, and without it, by the time you're old, your spine will fall apart. And you'll be royally screwed.
That you really do need to eat a varied diet, because all those vitamins and nutrients are interdependent (like calcium and vitamin D, or iron and B vitamins). And in the end, you won't just get some abstract bad lab results—you'll get brittle bones, or chronic fatigue, or leg cramps from the slightest exertion, or passing out in the shower and smacking your head on the tiles… and then you're fucking cooked.
So yeah. So many ways to screw yourself over from a young age and then regret it later in life. Jesus Christ.

STUDYING TIPS
- always study days or even a week or two before a test or exam! never the day before!
- have a clean workspace/desk area, out of sight, out of mind!
- playing music in the back ground can help, so i recommend study playlists on youtube! or you can make your own!
- organize your notes! having organized notes can help your brain remember the material for a certain class!
- i can not stress this enough, take breaks! taking breaks can help from burning out and they help stay productive!!
-i recommend using the 5-10 minute method, study for 5-10 minutes and you can chose wether to keep going or stop after each one!
- if you feel confident enough in your work quiz yourself with the material you've learned!
