this is a pretty fun soundtrack! sometimes at the risk of being cheesy!
it’s very on par for a mascot racer soundtrack, in a good way.

wow this is a peppy jam with delightful harmonies!!
it's really short but (almost lol) every track packs a punch.
the hear me out moment is more like "yeah BGM 03 would obviously slap as a jfusion jam"

it’s alright! about on par with part 2.
try “High Speed Course”
Tail to Nose: Great Championship
this has a really nice punchy sound, both with the synth design and the samples, though the synths are not always uh...great. (see “USA GP” and marvel at that lead)
the arrangement is quite nice for the time, though it’s a bit on the short side overall...
“Machine & Course Select“ is probably my favorite here
