444 people killed in 192 encounters under Rao Anwar, report
ISLAMABAD: National Commission for Human Rights Chairman Justice (retd) Ali Nawaz Chowhan on Friday portrayed the peace circumstance in Karachi, pointing the finger at police for the exacerbating circumstance.
