Nari crossed her arms and pouted. She had no idea where this side of her came from. Was it because of him? He did appear to be younger than her, maybe that’s way she’s been acting not like herself around him. Lightly she shook her head to answer his question and to keep the thoughts far from distracting her. “You’re good at everything” She sighed feeling a little envious, slowly unfolding her arms only to rest her head in her palm.
“Teach me” She chuckled softly before repeating herself in a more mannered way. “Will you please teach me your skills young man?”
A soft giggle left her lips and she ruffled his hair in the hope of him not noticing this bubbly side of her. Leaning back in her chair she closed her eyes for a moment. “Why do you like reading?” She asked in genuine curiosity.
Zim had found her childish antics to be quite cute, but he wasn’t going to tell the female that. She had accused him for something he didn’t do- Well, he did; in fact, challenge her. But he did that after her accusation, therefore it doesn’t count, but that also means that won’t be complimenting her until she proves to him that she deserves a compliment. Call him mean all you want, but Zim had a peculiar way of thinking and acting, although he’s just being true to himself.
“Ahh tell me something I don’t know.” He tips his head to the side as he peered at the girl across from him; a smirk twisting the corner of his mouth. “Negatory, I can’t teach you something that comes natural to me. You’ll just have to watch and catch on.” His lips purse into a thin line as his hair was suddenly a disheveled mess.
“Because that’s how one is suppose to learn. Why are you acting strange?” He said, picking up on the odd behavior coming from the latter. She wasn’t as giddy when they first meet. Could this be her true self?
