Went to a new park today! Air quality sucked but got an hour of sunshine :) Nari loved the park, the drive not so much.

Second speed workout of the week! Felt strong even though there was an incline in this route. First outdoor run in a while. 💜✨ Trying to chase some speed.

- easy peasy 30 min run on the treadmill

- let myself enjoy a banana peanut butter toast, though the bread was very underwhelming quality

- new park exploration with nari! Glad i got some fresh air at a new-to-me spot. :)
