I just finished watching The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Chair, the BBC series. It took me a while to take it seriously because of the effects, but it really is very good even though it skips several important things.

I know everyone loves the disney movies but have you seen the bbc narnia adaptations

Considering BBC budget and technology available at the time (1988) the BBC version more accurately depicts the novels than the Disney movies. The old graphics and out-dated costumes gives it a very heart-warming, nostalgic feeling.

The professor in the BBC Chronicles did the "old English duffer" thing better than the movie.

I’m watching bbc narnia for the first time, and Lucy meeting tomnus is hilarious to me. She just seem so chill and relaxed like she emery’s a faun everyday it’s hilarious to me
