I want to keep fae and elves different species.

What I am thinking is that Yueka's parents don't know about elves so the closest thing they seem to elves are fae . Yueka has been thinking of herself as a fae but actually there is a difference between them.

I haven't decided what the difference is but there will be.

I might criss cross different folklore and mix them to create elves lore . So just a heads-up if you see some things that elves aren't supposed to do or have it all is just my creativity freedom taking over.
