Catalogue is a collection of short stories told with First Contact as both a backdrop and catalyst for the much more human interactions and themes that are the real focus of each story. Catalogue will continue to be released in both written and audio forms in the days and weeks to come. The cast of characters will change from story to story, but the events are happening in parallel, or at least in the same basic time frame.

"I need to stay away from you," he said. With lips quirked, amused, she asked him why and he only told her that she should have known him well enough to take a guess. She mentioned how much she hated his riddles and he caved.

He told her, "Your smile and laughter is infectious and like an aphrodisiac to me."

A ring of laughter shot out from her lips as her eyes creased into half-moons. It wasn't the reaction he was hoping for, but she smiled brightly and simply replied,

"And who would I be if I gave you exactly that, hmm?"
