NARS Deep Throat and Super Orgasm blushes
Favorite Blush And It Doesn’t Cause Acne!
NARS Blush Shade Angelica
It looks peach in this lighting.
It’s always best to go for powder blush if you get cheek acne, because liquid blush can pool in enlarged pores.
I fell in love with this shade when Sephora gave me a free sample size. It compliments my pale ghost like skin tone so well. Giving me a warm lively look. Another reason is it doesn’t give me acne unlike the Bobbie Brown blush does.
Also pink is like my top fav color so this perfect light pink color really matches all my pink clothes.
Hi everyone,
While the weather has been quiet dull in London this week I have been using my blushers more and more to give me a hint of colour and not looks so dead. For those who are new my skin tone is porcelain to light ivory so in the winter months I can look a little dull which is annoying but a pop of colour does the trick. Having the fair skin I do I have a lot of experience trying out blushes, some have made me look like a clown others have looked like bronzer ...... it’s been a fine line. But with this in mind I wanted to show you my favourite drugstore and highend blush options for pale skin.
Let’s start off with the highend brand as I only own one highend brand of blush, Nars! Nars have a gorgeous range of blushes covering basically all skin tones from fair tone like myself to much deeper. Their blushers are expensive but they genuinely last a long time. The two I own are at least 2 years old but at they’re powder products it’s ok to keep them longer. Now Nars have a unique feature when it’s comes to their brand as every product is basically a inuendo. Like the two blushers I have for example, in the picture above you have two shades called organism and super organism ( pause for laughter). Organism is a gorgous like pink shimmer toned blush that is highly pigmented and the super organism is a gorgous matte pink shade. From Nars these are by far their most successful and popular colours as any skin tone can wear them really. For me personally they are always the colours I gravitate to most as they compliment my fair skin tone perfectly. Both blushers were £24.00 each.
Now let’s look at the drugstore dupes. Both the colours featured are similar options to the Nars blushers but more affordable. First we have the blush from Bodyshop which I have genuinely used so many times that the writing on the packaging has faded. The blush it self is a gorgous coral pink shade and only cost £5.00 in the Body Shop which is a total bargain. That blush I must admit had also lasted about 2 years (possibly maybe one and a half). The second option and also the most recently addition is from Max Factor and is more of a baked formula. Like the others it’s a gorgeous pink but this colour is a little lighter compared to the others. This blush was a total bargain at £1.95 in the Beauty Outlet store. I like this colour because it’s perfect when you just want a subtle hint of colour. With the other blushes as they are very pigmented you need a soft hand when apppying otherwise it can go wrong quiet quickly.
Anyway if you’re shopping for a blush and you’re quiet pale like myself then these options will be perfect for you.
Lots of love

Peach Themed Eyeshadow
Eyeshadow: Too Faced Sweet Peach palette 🍑 . Forgot to do my eyebrows .
Present Day Comment: “ When I first started doing colorful makeup (instead of just black) i definitely didn’t know how to blend. As I’m sure you can tell above lol. Compared to my skills now this is definitely embarrassing.( this post is old it’s been four months since this post + during which I did makeup practice every day. Literally practicing everything one can in 4 months. Mainly blending my crease and blush, as well as doing different wings and using as many different eyeshadow colors as I have. -ive got 7 palettes, 2 are tiny nude palettes the rest are mega colorful) . “
Blush: NARS. Shade Angelika
Highlighter: Daisy + Pearl By Seraphine botanicals. In my experience anything with the word pearl in its name it so glittery. Check out Jouer’s pearl lip glosses.
Foundation: Smashbox Foundation Stick . Topped it off with a Neutrogena mineral powder with salicylic acid to fight acne.
I honestly hate Smashbox’s Foundation Stick. It gives me terrible acne, it feels like dirt on my face, it’s a bit oily, and all around disgusting compared to other brands like Neutrogena, bareMinerals, and Lancôme.
On my lips is a Bobbie Brown gloss. Shade Pink Sorbet 9.
I was a bit cross faded so I hope I don’t look insane lol.
