Okay so the three options I see as being possibilites:

I had forgotten that Kushina didn't die when Kurama was extracted from her. So there's that. But, I don't think that counts as "extraction" so much since Kurama "just got loose/summoned." Madara is using the same thing that extracted Shukaku from Gaara, which killed him (this point is continued in option 3).

I saw a prediction that Minato somehow gives Naruto the dark Kyuubi chakra....I don't know so much about that one.

THIS IS THE ONE THAT'S KILLIN' ME. Remember back when Gaara had Shukaku extracted, died, and Chiyo DID THE THING. Well Kakashi had his god damn Sharigan watching the entire time (trust me, I went back and checked)....I have a nagging feeling that Kakashi is gonna do the thing, too, and freaking die for Naruto's sake. I hope to god this isn't what happens, but I'm worried. I can't remember if Chiyo said anything about needing medical jutsu training or whatever to do it....I JUST DON'T KNOW.

Last naruto chapter gave me the chills and I'm utterly scared for my poor Naruto baby D: And doing this fanprediction kinda helps to calm me down xD  So yeah, my prediction is that Naruto will survive the extraction of Kurama (for now at least) and Gaara will keep fighting and trying to get Kurama and Shukaku back, while making sure the other tailed beast won't be absorbed or whatever by Madara.  And yeah, in one of the pages I put a little NaruSaku moment, because I feel like it would be a good chance for the talk with Chiyo to be brought up again... 

Normally I would have kept them to myself, but they turned out so well, I wanted to share them. 

And yes, as the title says, it is just a prediciton.
