Chakra Theory

It makes little sense to naturally have your body just have a bunch of energy right? So what if Chakra quantity is actually the amount your body can combine the two energies. Like, it's like a muscle pushing together two things, and you have to train this muscle by using it a lot. Chakra Exhaustion is just the muscle being pushed too much to actually combine them, like when someone does a bunch of push ups and then can't do anymore. This could also explain why Jinchuriki or however you spell it have so much chakra; the Tailed Beasts are like Simple Machines or like power armour that helps the muscles work more efficiently. It's also why they die from the extraction; their "muscle" has atrophied from all this help they've gotten almost all their lives and since chakra is a necessity that it can't produce easily, they die. Maybe Healing chaka/jutsu is helping the "muscle" combine the energy and then directing it. Maybe Gentle Fist is stressing the "muscle" to the point of " I did too many push up on no" but way quicker.
