A trend I've noticed in so, so, so many fanfics is where if there's a big divergence from, Aizawa's involved.
Some kid from another universe drops on by through some weird dimensional stuff? Aizawa finds them and almost arrests them for vigilantism, usually ending up taking them on as another problem child.
Izuku decides to become a vigilante? Aizawa is constantly trying to capture him.
Poor Aizawa just cannot catch a break, even across the multiverse.
What I think would be a fun thing is taking that, and shoving it all into one fanfiction.
Basically, this would be a fanfic where just scattered throughout his life, Aizawa is constantly having to deal with people from other dimensions who need help.
And so, Aizawa just has a house full of random stuff laying around the house
Random headbands from various ninja villages
A bunch of ghost hunting tech
A couple of beyblades
A web shooter
A pokeball
etc, etc
Just imagine poor tired Aizawa having to constantly deal with these random problem children. Danny Phantom pops through chasing a ghost or doing a job for Clockwork right as Aizawa swings by. Naruto somehow messes up a seal badly and ends up landing in the alley way Aizawa just arrested a villain in. Aizawa has to explain to Spiderman that he has to have a license to hero around these parts.
Imagine him having sending most of them back home quickly, but just having a whole club of errant dimensional travelers devoted to keeping him at least partially healthy.
Imagine him having encountered like thirty (30) Izukus at some point or another.
Imagine all the self inserts making this poor man have existential crises because of them accidentally implying he's a character from a manga.
It'd be glorious.
